How do I lose bloat without calorie counting?

I don’t want to do all that spergy stuff but I still wanna get lean, any guides?

Chicken, rice and veggies for meals.

How hard is it to download a calorie counting app and put in the shit you eat?

Eat less than you normally would, go to bed slightly hungry if you are too lazy to count kcals. Drink lots of water, exercise, etc.
 
Reduce carbs, if you eat eggs plus oatmeal in the am replace the oatmeal with another non-carb food, when you plateau start doing the same with other meals until you start losing weight again
 
Water fast temporarily, once you start eating again eat minimal carbs, avoid sodium and refined foods. HIIT cardio. Vitamin C + Potassium.
 
My routine.
Wake up, go to work. Work a long time. Get back home tired af, go to take a nap, rot this forum a bit, make shit loads of food(eggs, steaks, cheeses, fruits) go to sleep. Repeat.
Don't even have more than 2 hours a day to even eat.
I also love salt, but counter balance it with potassium mixed in the salt.
Drink only water/tea
