Im so tired of this shit, I’ve been researching for hours and everyone keeps saying different contradicting shit.

I understand calorie deficit but how do I even properly track that? I don’t want to weigh every fucking condiment in my house to the gram.

Someone please tell me how to lean out

1. You don’t have to track macros just eat healthy, 3 times a day, and never until you are full
2. Walk every time after you eat for 15 minutes minimum
3. Strength train 4 times a week( I recommend chest, back, arms, and legs)
4. Do cardio every single day whether it be treadmill, sports, more walking, etc.)

Watermelon and popcorn are cheat codes to eating a lot for a little caloires

Just eat less
 
- eat a clean diet (crucial)
- give up processed foods
- give up sugary foods
- stay at eggs, meat and
Sometimes fruits if your
Craving sugar.
- Green leafy foods for satiety.

- cardio
-you dont need to be doing hiit everyday, just walk at very long distances.
-walking on an inclined treadmill
+ Holding light-mid weights for
1-2 hours everyday can burn
Lots of calories, just watch a
Movie while doing it.

- fasting
-24-48h fast every week is good.
