what is the fastest way to lose bodyfat in a short time?
 
starve, youll lose muscles, be weak as hell nd have low test tho. but if u want to wait for better results u should do an all natural diet, and eat ONLY when ur hngry:feelsokman:

trying to lose body fat too, does only eating when being hungry is the way of losing fat without losing much muscle, if u get what I mean, I’d normally starve but I’m training a lot also doing wrestling so yeah, what do u suggest eating ?

if i eat only when im hungry ill overeat ive tried this before. do you have any other suggestions?

it is a way to lose fat while keeping muscle, but for that u need to have enough proteins in ur meal and train consistantly. What helped me thru it was lots of steak, lots of cheese, chicken, raw honey, liver, nd sweet potatoes and for desserts i like bananas with raw honey nd kiwis with raw honey. but id recommend as a diet eating anything thats natural and ignoring all kind of industrialized food nd drinks:feelsokman:

well then u can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner only (dinner shouldnt be so late, cz if it is ur not giving ur body enough time to lose the calories u got from the last meal) but u shouldnt eat less, u should stop eating a bit before youre full (atleast thats what helped me but idk) and u should be eating healthy nd exercising

when you say workout/excercise do you mean going to the gym or light workout like pushups or do you mean walking or running
