I am not at an insane weight or anything but my face clearly shows signs of fat. How does someone with an average weight but high bodyfat percentage lose bodyfat? I have looked online but not found much consistency. Pls be detailed.

you should know bro just eat less, try fast, still eat good amount of protein, drink water and workout what else bro

Im just asking why it matters. Ur the one saying i just need to lose weight, so why does bodyfat matter if weight is the only thing ur saying matters. I dont know my bodyfat percentage btw.

You dont bulk dude bulk is gaining fat ,you just go to the gym and train your muscles to get them bigger. make sure to eat above 80g of protein per day (max 150g) and you ll be fine in a year maybe. dont give up if you see no progress, i made that mistake some years ago and i almost descended. take creatine or something to help your muscles look bigger, that shit retains water in your muscles, but take it after 3 months or idk 4 :feelswhy:

How do i gain muscle if im cutting? What exercises do i do? Any cardio? This is what i have been asking this whole time but yall dumbasses just keep saying “erm… just lose weight!!!”
