I am 5’7 60 kgs I have low muscle and high fat Should I be in a calorie deficit or just recomp

eat in a slight surplus, youl lose fat and gain muscle

No go to the gym and build up some muscle going into a calorie deficit at 15 is retarded and if you suffer from chronic low test then start taking it or any other anabolic steroids to combat it good luck bhai

spam gym and use zyns they give u a free GLP-1 receptor agonist. also check ur knee growth plates with doctors and take HGH if u still can grow taller cuz ur short as shit

recomp and eat only whole foods while maintaining calories and eat high calcium, high vitamin d, and high mineral foods while doing 45 mins of incline treadmill eod. ur 5’7 don’t risk any more height loss
