i have 72kg at 5'7 and im 13 yo like im overweight by 5-10 kg. I need to loose fat not weight cus it will lead to malnutrition so i will stunt my growth please help?

Just get in the gym, fat will only help you there.

is 14 a good age to start?
You can literally start at any age, the younger the better. I’m guessing your in middle school so I’ll just tell you, if you start training now by the time your in highschool or even a 2nd or 3rd year, you will already be ahead of 90% of guys just off your physique. I’d also research into roids and supplements and see what you like. Your in a prime age to start anything on here.

just eat less calories than u need to maintain ur current weight, and burn more than you eat, slowly u will lose weight that the way naturally, but natural sucks fucking cheeks so hop on reta lil bro

You’re right but he can’t lift hard and much because it can potentially stunt his growth he’s still in development and he still ain’t even touched puberty so

Go to gym and do cardio and the most important eat healthy

No way we’re still telling people lifting stunts growth🫩. I was lifting when I was 14 and I’m 6’5, literally just fear mongering
