i have 72kg at 5'7 and im 13 yo like im overweight by 5-10 kg. I need to loose fat not weight cus it will lead to malnutrition so i will stunt my growth please help?

is 14 a good age to start?Just get in the gym, fat will only help you there.
You can literally start at any age, the younger the better. I’m guessing your in middle school so I’ll just tell you, if you start training now by the time your in highschool or even a 2nd or 3rd year, you will already be ahead of 90% of guys just off your physique. You’re right but he can’t lift hard and much because it can potentially stunt his growth he’s still in development and he still ain’t even touched puberty soYou can literally start at any age, the younger the better.
