I never have a problem with love handles when I'm lean.

Get as lean as realistically possible and they should go away.

I doubt they wouldn't go. however in the very rare case they don't, it's genetic fat distrubition and you can't do much about it.

Any surgical/non-surgical fat removal would ultimately be the only thing you can do.

But getting lean should solve it.
