How do I lose the fat around my mouth?

My cheeks look fucking fat theres fat under here and I'm worried I can't get rid of it
I'm around 18% bf I think. It's not buccal fat pads, it really is just around my mouth.
Will it go away or do I need surgery?

What you're referring to are called perioral mounds.

Obviously the most effective way to reduce their size is by lowering your overall body fat percentage.

If they still persist after adequate attempts with diet and exercise, then liposuction can be considered.
