How do I lose weight effectively?

I've lost 7kg so far and it's in the span of a few months, I don't count my calories but I know it's below 2000, I just don't know where exactly. my cardio is skating for 3-5 hours (with breaks in between) shit is genuinely too hot in the morning so I don't jog often

Does sleep quality also matter? I'm INSANELY sleep deprived and always end up sleeping 5 am, I don't know how to fix my shit. I wanna be better for this foid I like so anything to improve in will help.
 
sleep quality is always good bro and good on you for losing weight but honestly the only stuff you can do is exercise and be in a calorie deficit
 
calculate it based on your weight height age and how active you are

sleeping at a certain time is cope, not because it’s night means it’s time to sleep, as long as u sleep the same time or only 1-2 hours off everday, for example u sleep 1am, then 2am, then 1am, then 2:30, then 2, this is a good sleep schedule, but what matters more is the amount slept, this has to be 7 hours +

good i dont know how old you are i just dont want some 13yr old falling for retarded stuff like that and stunting their growth
