Drink lots of water but not too much. Fast if you have to. You could also switch to a very low calorie diet and eat around 800 calories a day. You should lose around 3 lbs a week in this way. Good luck.

yea your metabolism would adapt. maybe drop some thyroid hormones in if you want to do that big of a deficit for the summer. you will lose musle on thyroid hormones

Losing weight fast will result in an unmaintainable weight, so idk why you would want that.
You can literally not eat for 2 weeks and lose like 10kg but as soon as you start eating again you will gain pretty much all of it back.
Slower the weight loss > the more maintanable its going to be.

would it slow metabolism? making the clen effectivly useless?
do a 1k calorie deficit till you stop losing then maintenaince for 3 days and then a 500 cal deficit

just eat your maintenance calories 1-2 days a week and you wont crash your metabolism

to lose fat fast id recommend doing a keto diet since itll just shave all the fat off while keeping muscle loss minimal but staying in ketosis is hard since you cant have any carbs and breaking ketosis can be dangerous if you just randomly start eating carbs

Water fast and run.

Don't fast for more then 3 days at a time.
