How do I lose weight for my age?

I'm 14. Height: 177 and kilograms 89. Want to debloat, what should my weight be? Like 75 kilos or what? Plus what should I do I believe I have low testosterone

Still man, I'm fat as fuck. I'm tired of seeing my not necessarily skinny but average weight friends pull any girl they want but at the same time girls looking at me with disgust

Plus I plan to rope Maxx in the future so I don't care about my future height
 
copied from my other post on fat yongun, just take multivitamin and limit intake deficit to 500 of maintenance(so you dont fuck your hormones), so for you minimum ~1.7k but can do cardio to create a bigger one(hour of cardio a day is ~.5kg of fat a week adding the intake deficit is 1kg of fat a week), also make sure you hit fat minimum(very important for hormones). As long as you hit micros(vitamins, minerals), hit whatever protein goal where you recover fine, and eat a decent amount of fats(60g+) whatever you eat doesn't matter(within cal goals).

At such a young age though I'd just eat 2.3k cals(your maintenance to stay the same weight) and do 2 hours of cardio a day to lose the same amount. As this will give your body the fuel it needs to grow while still burning off fat.

shit genetics blame ur parents , it never began since you were a part of your dad's sperm
