HOW DO I lose weight quickly and fix bad eye bags

I’m freshly 18, 189 cm, currently 92 kg and carrying a bit of a dad bod. I’ve struggled to lose it even when I try to be consistent.

On top of that, I can’t seem to get rid of my eye bags no matter how much I sleep or what skincare I use.
Any real advice on what actually works would be appreciated.

Sadly you have gyno which can only be solved by surgery or if you're lucky by taking tamoxifen.
Eyebags are a bone problem which has 3 solutions, infraorbital implants, fat grafting or filler.
To lose weight you can just starve or pin Reta for the quickest results.

Edit: For eyebags, make-up is also a "solution" for eyebags but I dislike it.

Starve yourself and a lot of cardio. What the fuck else would you do? For eyebags it can be genetic or you have recessed infraorbitals. You can cope with makeup or serums but it's temporary.

Start doing Zyns. The nicotine will kil your appetite and you'll feel full off of one to two meals a day. If youre worried about getting addicted, just remember youre not gonna. Unless you heavily rely on them then youre not gonna be addicted. If you have the urge to take one and are trying to stop then just think of the zyn juice hitting the back of your throat. Other than that start doing cardio and going to the gym. I would also look into peptides.
