How do I lose weight?

I’ve been trying for 4 years. Stims don’t work. I do calorie deficits and lose tons of weight but am dull. 20% bodyfat. Gym is cope, I just want to be skinny. I’m tired of this. I’m 21 and have already wasted away most of my prime years due to being unable to lose weight and be consistent. I need something that makes me hate food, and something that will aid in legitimate FAT LOSS, not just weight loss, that isn’t a stim or ozempic.

This is where I’m at currently. 6’1” 195 lbs. probably like 20-25% bodyfat. I need to lose fat and I need a foolproof way to do so. I’m already going kind of crazy so I’m willing to do something drastic to lose weight. Before I die I’d like to experience being lean just one more time

Man, this past fall (2024) I lost like 25 lbs. went from like 200 to 178 in 5 months. I was doing calorie deficit, and while I’ll completely admit my macros and diet were horrible, I still lost weight. However, the actual fat loss seemed to be minimal. Here was me at 178 lbs this past fall lol

6'1 and 195 lbs ? Its crazy what muscle can do. I'm only 5'11 and 190 lbs is around my ideal weight

You have fat around your hips and tits wich indicates that you have a lot of estrogen. So if you want to lose fat, stop being a soy boy and do some cardio while being in an actual calorie deficit. Also take test

My estrogen and test were both measured and are both Normal

The reason I have all the fat stored there is probably because I ate fast food everyday for 3 years and was sedentary.

I’m about to cut and this is making me scared

1 inch shorter but same weight and slightly higher body fat percentage than you at 15
