i want to lose wieght and built muscles im tired of my looks now i want actually feel the same as people in my age feel so please tell me and help and be nice(sorry for bad english)

Don’t do a crazy deficit it’ll stunt growth keeping u a manlet for ever, ask parents to buy dumbbells and work out u can do so many exercises with dumbbells, be consistent, cardio, high protein meals, drink milk and bone broth for the nutrients, turn that fat into muscle. Cut out all processed foods and try to avoid the temptation to binge more than anythingthats what im asking for
