how do i lose wieght i will hit to the gym but what exercise and built muscles(14y 163cm 80+kg)

i want to lose wieght and built muscles im tired of my looks now i want actually feel the same as people in my age feel so please tell me and help and be nice(sorry for bad english)

at 14 you cant do a crazy calorie deficit (it will affect ur height too) so id say eat mostly red meat and food with many micronutrients and proteins while staying on a slight calorie deficit

my bad for other replay i dont know how to use this website+how will it effect my height like better or worse?
 
Try a 300-400 cal deficit as u have a very high bf and hit all ur macro and micro nutrients daily

Don’t do a crazy deficit it’ll stunt growth keeping u a manlet for ever, ask parents to buy dumbbells and work out u can do so many exercises with dumbbells, be consistent, cardio, high protein meals, drink milk and bone broth for the nutrients, turn that fat into muscle. It won’t be fast but bloody hell it’ll be worth it :soy:

Being overweight during puberty will stunt growth but losing weight fast and being in a calorie deficit will also stunt growth, safest healthy option is just turning fat into muscl.

if you starve yourself you won’t grow as much as eating normally, you can male your own research, overall if you want to be on a calorie deficit make sure to eat natural food with much protein and micronutrients like red meat (the raw the better) and organs

Organs are some of the best things u can eat when younger age they are pretty much natures multivitamins just be careful on the amount of liver u eat

i see raw meat and all this stuff kinda of cope but raw milk isnt cope as a peasant
