weight: 157lbs height: 5'10 age: 14 muscles:130lbs whats a healthy body fat % that wont stunt my growth?
 
Don't do it quickly there is no need for that. If you've been fat for whatever the fuck how long(probably years) then you can wait a few months and do it slowly. Get to 15% and keep it. It's considered best for hormones

ive done that for probably around a month, did i do any serious harm in to my development?

im not fat ive just been bulking for a couple months and now im cutting

Don't try to do it quickly. If you haven't been lean before and are not an experienced dieter, quickly losing weight will almost always result in quick regain. It's better to lose it slowly over time while putting on some muscle in the gym. If you eat at maintenance, you should be able to gain muscle and lose a little bit of fat at the same time as a beginner (energy will be used for muscle growth).

You're still a little kid, you have barely lived. You have so many years ahead of you to make progress, so take your time.

Don’t starve, eat normally till you’re 16, I am 6,2 right now probably could have been 6,4 or 6,5 if I didn’t starve.
