How do i lower body fat % without stunting growth

Im just going through puberty recently, a year to 6 months ago it started, im 5'7 now (first post was 5'5) but ive been doing really nothing other than bouldering/rock climbing and going to gym sometimes. What i wanted to know is how i am supposed to lose bf% without stunting my growth as i heard that being on a calorie deficit can stunt your growth. im at 14.8% bf right now i want to get to 10% or slightly lower than that as im not that toned as of right now and i want to loose my cheek fat.

dude 14 is alr and if what you said about your puberty starting recently then LET IT DO ITS THING, eat well no junk food and shit like that and the cheek fat potentially could go away with puberty (y)

yeah my sisters cheek fat went away but also im going into college and want to be quite lean but thanks anyways

14 is not bad for body fat but being in a calorien deficit does NOT stunt your growth

Stay around 13 to 14 percent body fat(lean but not lean enough to mess development up). If your still interested in losing more, I would suggest going into a 200-300 calorie deficient. That way you lose weight without actually stunting anything.

to mitigate all the growth stunting while losing body fat

Stay around 13 to 14 percent body fat(lean but not lean enough to mess development up). If your still interested in losing more, I would suggest going into a 200-300 calorie deficient. That way you lose weight without actually stunting anything.

You won’t stunt your growth

intermittent fasting can actually boost growth hormone and is a good method of losing weight
