Im just going through puberty recently, a year to 6 months ago it started, im 5'7 now (first post was 5'5) but ive been doing really nothing other than bouldering/rock climbing and going to gym sometimes. What i wanted to know is how i am supposed to lose bf% without stunting my growth as i heard that being on a calorie deficit can stunt your growth. im at 14.8% bf right now i want to get to 10% or slightly lower than that as im not that toned as of right now and i want to loose my cheek fat.
