how do i lower my eyebrows and have a good eye area?

i think i already have a decent eye area but im not 100% sure, also would anyone happen to know if there is anyway to lower my eyebrows, any possible way works i just want to know

ive heard many people say squinting their eyebrows down while they worked in the sun made their resting eyebrows lower over time, so consistent squinting could help
make sure that both ur brows and lashes are super thick and dark (dye them)
curled lashes can hide some UUE and shorten the distance between lashes and brows (dont overdo or youll look gay)

i do that most of the time but it still doesnt seem to be low, i saw on tiktok someone was using a rope to hold it in place do you think that might work?
