How do I maintain my weight without counting cal?

I lost 31kg in 4 months and I'm already very lean,now I don't know how to maintain my weight without counting cal, should I eat less or starve or something else?
 
just eat when your hungry and till your full. don’t go into the life of counting cals, it actually rapes your brain please take it from me bro

focus on eating healthy foods tho, hopefully you made those changes. it will be hard getting fat on 80% health foods

weigh your self each week, if the number consistently goes up over 3-4 weeks your prob gaining weight as u know.

counting calories may seem like a good way to control your weigh but it acc just ends up controlling you

How fat were you to loose 31kg in 4 months?
 
Were you in concentartion camp or sum?
It was the easiest thing I've ever done in my life, honestly some classmates were bullying me and one day I got tired and did it

Good for you how tall are you and how old?
 
Try to maintain at around 65-70kg and since youve made such a huge weightloss regaining is a common because of your apeitite. so i would honeslty just count but you dont have to do it with 100% accuracy you will eventually aproximate how much cals youre getting from each meal after some time
