How do I make a ltr jb into a htb?

My friend is dating a 16 yr old jb who is anorexic af and wants to make her looksmax so that she becomes a htb in the next 2 years. My friend possibly wants her to have a fat ass and a hourglass figure, should he recommend his ltr to go hit the gym or make her gain weight? He has no idea on female looksmaxxing but he does know that face isn’t a problem since they can makeupmaxxxx (in Roblox ofc)
