its not as bad as it seems people wont focus on you if your worried about that theres so many people that its hard to usually be targetted unless you genuinly make yourself look bad. just make friends and be normal.

-Resistance train (avoid roids for now unless you know what ur doing, you want premature plate closure)

-Talk to girls now, every girl is easy in HS

-Being 12% bf will put u above 99% of your peers
