Another option is latisse, a prostaglandin analog that stimulates eyelash growth, primarily affecting length.
Latisse effects are way more localised than minox and its actually approved for cosmetic eyelash enhancement, but there is the risk of fat atrophy in the area of application, which can affect the eye area.
