How Do I Make My Face Colouring Harmonize??

At night where there is bad lighting my eyebrows and eyelashes pop out in a black colour,]
My skin looks nice and tanned
My teeth are white
And my Lips look pink

however in natural daylight lighting my face looks dull and grey.

What products can i buy to make my colouring palette more reminiscent to night time?
