How do I make my face less long?

Is there any way to make the height of my face shorter without surgery? I’m almost 16 and i wear Invisalign. I’m not too sure which third is making my face look long but it’s looks like it’s either the lower or middle third or both

was a joke, the only thing u can do is lose weight and debloat, maybe ur face would look less elongated

if anything though this would prolly make it worse because ur face would be less wide
