How do i make my hair shine more

I used leave ins and had a weekly shampoo and conditioner routine but my hair still ends up dry and lifeless what do I do

how often are you shampooing,i dont use shampoo often i just conditioner and sometimes put leave in after and my hair is nice and shiny
also make sure ur not towel drying hard nor using heat

I shampoo once a week and condition right after, I think my problem is the products itself
