How do I make my hairline go forward if I’m not balding? (read desc)

A month ago I strongly believed I was balding but up until recently I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m just an idiot. I asked over 5 doctors/hair professionals and not a single one of them said I was balding one of them even called me crazy. Here’s the problem though, since my hairline being back is a genetic factor the only thing I think I can do to make it go foward is a surgery. I would go to turkey if I could but I’m literally 15 and there’s no way in hell I could get it done. Is there any other way to make it go foward?

Well if he’s hairline is far back due to genetics, then there no way that Micro needling would work. It cant create new hair follices.
