How do I make my nose less fat, I've heard of corticosteroids.

My nose is huge due to bone structure and whatnot, but its also just straight up fat and has a lot of flesh on it. I want solutions to this, please let me know what I can do. Also I have nasolab folds.

Probably somewhere where your source wouldnt reach, eitherway acutane is an option im cutting out since I've been told it has an effect of permanently lowering testosterone

side effects on accutane vary, depends on the user. corticosteroids dont if ur not really unlucky and use them properly

i did not really read the other threads but fat loss helps a lot actually, ive seen someone suggesting accutane it might help too
