Stomach vaccums every morning before breakfast
My routine is 10 sets of vaccum hold till can’t breathe with 15sec rest inbetween, also it’s supposed to be a bit painful since you’re working out your tranverse abdominals which makes ur waist super tight. You gotta be low bf for it to work properly
Here are some pics before and after I incorporated them every morning for 3 months

Just grow bigger delts. Thats all you can do at this point.

Fucking oath they are effective, key is persistence my man. Make a promise to me that every morning you will do 10 sets for at least a month, I can guarantee you you will see results. Also don’t eat fatty carb shit processed foods, only clean

I guess so. I personally don't do any ab work but have a small waist because I do a lot of cardio.
 
Also could invest in one of those waist tightening corsets you wear when you workout but idk how effective it’d be. Would be interested to try it though

Yeah and genes play a big part in it as well, but there’s a reason pro bodybuilders have a stomach vaccum routine in their training

Any tips to stay lean? I do 2 meals a day one big 1500-1600 calories meal noon. And 250ml milk at night

If those calories are clean calories then stay on that diet i'd say
Im not an expert but incorporating at least 5 days a week of HIIT cardio for around 10-20 mins makes you lean up so much. As well as don't snack and dont eat anything after 7pm. First meal of my day is at 1pm so I intermittent fast every single day and thats worked for me quite well
