When my penis is soft, it is significantly smaller than when it’s hard, like unrecognizable. It’s 2.5 soft and 6.5 hard. I always have to get hard before I do anything with a girl. It's annoying I’m 15 btw and my dad went through puberty until 21 just to let you know, so I don’t think I’m stopping puberty anytime soon. How can I be more of a shower without constantly getting hard?

This is the only actual answer.

I have read stories of guys that teared it (feeling a “pop” at the base of their dick) and then they noticed that their flaccid state was bigger than before.

However the ligament tends to heal back and re-attach I believe, so you would have to get surgery to prevent it from doing that if you even managed to safely (as much as can be) tear it.

However your erection won’t be as stiff as before in terms of your dick pointing up.

Too risky need to know some good labs that established individuals are using otherwise it’s a one way lane to death bed. At least the “safer” route is less likely to kill you faster
