How do i make myself stop eating?

i keep myself from eating easily during the day but at night im bored and find myself eating, cant leanmax beacse of it...

Any fixes?

fast way is reta
but for me i stopped eating sugar around 2024 what i did was a week before i ate alot of sugar and then stopped completely except fruits
there isnt any fast immediant way but just keep a journal to view your progress
if your still a teen its normal to eat alot as you are maturing and growing up
forcing yourself not to eat is unhealthy.

im in the same place btw but if you cant stop do cardio to pay back for it thats what i do atleast
 
Just like. Dont eat.

Or pin reta.
Or throw the food in the garbage or sum.
 
- Sugar Free Gum
- Sleep at night instead of staying up and doing wtv it is you're doing
- Study or occupy yourself with a task so you're distracted from snacking
- Stop buying food to snack on in the first place. If you snack, have fruits, or a cup of milk, or smth.

Reta + dnp. Also do breathing exercises to extract energy from the air and not food.

ive found that i become more hungry after chewing gum kinda
 
dont have ur house full of food.
I eat when i get bored alot and an easy way for me to not eat is to just not have anything to eat in the first place.

Yeah that's not too out of the ordinary, for some people tasting something that tastes like food can make them hungry for actual food. In that case just skip gum or snacking, because it might lead you to binge.

The other methods still apply tho: Sleeping early, focusing on a task, and not having snacks around the house.

The problem with reta is you lose the weight, then when you hop off of reta you go back to your normal appetite, and who's to say that you're not gonna just go back to snacking and re-gain all the weight? Only people with self-discipline should try out reta to make sure they keep the weight off, at least imo.

However I haven't used reta and maybe it doesn't work like that, idk, sorry if I'm wrong n wasted ur time

Find something to do instead of eat. I used to be the same way and got up to 260 or 270 at 5'9 a few years ago from binge eating, you have to train yourself to build better habits like going outside/finding an activity to do when bored, thinking of food purely as fuel, dont stay up late, avoid eating anything that will trigger further binging etc. Biggest thing is getting off your phone and going outside, playing video games, working out etc. Reduce the amount of free time in your day.

my sleep schedule is insanely bad, but i still get sufficient sleep, like rn on break from school sleeping from ~5 am to around 14-15pm, but no snacks in the house but still food nonetheless

Bro lock in with your sleep first, that shit fucks up your appetite.

Since your sleep schedule is weird, you're asleep when most people are awake and eating. And most people's bodies are adapted to eating like one meal in the morning, one in the afternoon, one at night, and ideally your last meal is 2 hours before bedtime.

Cuz of this the way your body treats hunger is also fucked up, since it's not getting like breakfast, lunch n dinner at normal times.

So your body stops expecting food at normal times, n then your appetite is inconsistent.
