How do i make new friends ?

honestly if you're in high school or college just make small talk with others consistently and you'll gradually make friends with them, (i.e ask for homework or general answers to stuff)

if you're past the age of school visit bars or casinos and i'm sure there'll be some cool drunk dudes who wouldn't mind interacting with you

if you already have a friend or two try get them to invite you places with their other friends, and befriend those people or at the very least become mutuals

I assume you're socially anxious in a way or just awkward so just find ways to become confident when interacting with other people, whether that confidence be made through outfits, physique, fragrance, jewelry, or haircuts, is your call.
