How do I make protein powder not taste like ass

I have to hold my nose while drinking ts or it makes me gag and almost get sick

Just try a different brand there are plenty of good ones but generally if taste and smell is importantly always use milk not water and therefor don’t buy a clear whey

honestly just mix it with warm milk it wont taste good but it wont taste bad either just kinda mid

Buy better protein powder. Personally I like PEscience. It tastes great even in water (that’s how I usually drink it). It’s also good for putting in baked goods

Mix your protein powder with greek yogurt or with peanut butter. Amazing combo, the first one is more geared toward a cut while the peanut butter paste caloric bomb is more for optimizing weight gain.
