How do i make small talk

I struggle with socialising and making small talk, and shit myself when the cashier tries to talk to me, any advice you can give?

Looks obv play a big role if ur htn it so easy but i think ur problem is a lack of confidents for tips idk but i noticed when i pinned test i feel like a demi god
