How do I make sure a source is legit

I found a gh source recently but I dont have any way to check if it is legit. So many people sell fake or underdosed HGH nowdays, I really don't know what to do. The source I have was given to me by a user who is now blocked, which is why I am questioning the legitimacy of that source. Pharma grade gh is not a sollution as it is way too overprized. I would appreciate if anyone has a trusted gh source for uk.
