How Do I make sure i maximize leanmaxx and calorie decifit?

I guess im in cd for 2-3 weeks I lost 1-2kg but I feel like im not making progress idk if i should see some fat loss but i dont so how do i maximize this
 
are you tracking cals
and what foods are you eating on a daily basis?

I am , i try toget protein , I dont eat same foods everyday but i eat eggs tuna , chicken , itry to cut out sugar drinks, sometimes i eat chips

idk ur prolly eating too many cals
or ur drinking too much water
water weight will make the scale go up

hmm i try to eat -500 calories even before all of this and gym stuff i was still chubby while eating 2 times a day

if thats all true then you should be losing weight
