How do i manage the side effects of testosterone(more specifically nueroprotection and bone structual stability) (GTFIH) desperate need of help

So ive done some research since my last post and realized that an ai and test can potentially result in some serious side effects the main 3 ive seen is stress on the heart, bones and what i think is most important is damage to the brain. wondering if anyone could lmk some ways to mitigate this mostly the brain and bones side effects test is almost here also im getting a summer job will make around 6k wondering what i can do with the money im 15.

Unfortunately, there is no real way to mitigate side effects. talk to a doctor pls and get tested for total/free T, LH/FSH, estradiol-sensitive assay, CBC/hematocrit, lipids, liver/kidney markers, blood pressure, prolactin, thyroid, vitamin D, and bone/growth assessment if relevant before so you can tell what went wrong if something goes wrong
