im 13 and trying to not fuck out my genetics, im 178 (5'11) barefoot ,my dad is 178 too and my mom is 168 (5'6), seeing my parents heights kinda worries me cuz i think that i will not kinda grow anymore even if i know im only 13, are there ways to max out my genetics so even if i stop growing atleast i will stop growing at a good height? seeing that im 13 and 178cm im kinda hoping on the 6'/6'1 side

5'11 at 13 is quite tall. You can probably reach 6'0+ unless you started puberty at 10 or something.

majority of people never reach their genetic limit, less than 5 percent. also, genes can skip a generation, so if ur grandparents were tall u might be too. ur 13 and 5 foot 11 already u are gonna be swimming in pussy throughout highschool. at this moment in time maybe focus on ur looks more.

js dont eat goyslop, go to bed on time and dont look at phone 1h before bed js try get as much deep sleep as u can as thats the only time when u grow

178 is 5'10 not 5'11 boyo
