So my Problem is that I have to got drink at least 1 or 2 times a week to stay NT, also Being drunk is the best feeling oat, so how tf do I minimise the bad effects that come with it like the sry Skin or bloat? Anyone got some solutions? Would preciate that

Also phenibut gives the same effects without being poision and pregab gives a slightly different but better effect
