How do i minimise the risks of acne returning after accutane?

I used to have severe cystic acne then accutane cleared it
i’m now almost finished with accutane, aiming at 120mg/kg

when my acne went away, i got left with pie marks, i’m treating them with azelaic acid 1x per day atm

I already got tretinoin prescribed to treat my PIE marks and maybe help maintain the clear skin after i’m finished with accutane

My question is, how do i minimise the risk of acne returning? I would like to hear your guys’ post accutane experiences

my post accutane was just a normal tret routine almost nothing came back other than 2 normal pimples

Well it shouldnt come back no matter what thats the point of accutane kind of so idk what to tell you

it comes back to like 20% of the patients
