My posture is pretty good, I went to the chiropractor a while ago and he said there wasn't much wrong with it, if possible is there anything I can do to fix my body structure, how I stand, etc. I feel like my proportions arent amazing which I know is essentially all genetic, its just pissing me off badly because my face is really the only thing thats somewhat good, which ive had to work on more, because of personal stuff im breaking out pretty badly and skin complexion isnt amazing.
if there is literally any advice or things I could do to fix my proportions regarding frame or growing lmk, lls might fuck me up because my muscle insertions imply im a bit shorter, got that from my mom.
im currently 5'11 @19. My mom was 5'4 and dad was 5'10 but I have germanic genes and my grandfather is 6'3.
