I hate getting bloated but I love goyslop so much. I wanna know if there is a way to eat all the goyslop I want while not getting bloated?

but this meal honestly shouldnt be overly problematic, you could just have a sensitive gut so try and optimise the health of your gut, which slop doesnt help with in the first place and fucks up your digestion

its best to try and avoid it but obviously nowadays it can be quite difficult to completely eliminate it from your diet so just try and keep it to a minimum and choose stuff like meat and fruit instead.
another thing is when its from supermarket loafs it is very soft which is not optimal for chewing habits during development to optimise your facial bone structure and masseter muscle hypertrophy
if you are going to eat it, try choose brown bread. i've been to france a lot, and the baguettes there in local bakeries and stores are fresh and not processed, they are way better than mass-produced supermarket slop
