prob just ask ur seller if he can do triangle shipping, its like to avoid customs just google it

How do I ask my seller to triangle ship? Don't I ship it to like the UK somehow and then to Sweden?

Ask if he as a warehouse or some in the UK and then ship from there to you. Or use a Freight Forwading service like Parcel Flow. Check @Fleisch thread about it
