you're agency right now is entirely "how to get more friends" - and to achieve this you have removed the one thing that makes you a likeable/relatable thing, your personality (agency).

this kind of self referencing behaviour is fully retarded and entirely counter intuitive to what you want to achieve. Essentially you're the bud of all of your own jokes and sacrifice your own social standings for a momentary laugh - superceded by other people's already predisposed distain for you.

The only thing of merit in this entire reply section is essentially just talk to more people - and get experience with social skills. You will no longer be immediately flagged as a retarded person. To achieve this, begin by talking to elderly people - who themselves rarely socialise, paying attention to anything they urgently need doing and ensuring you're not preventing some urgent task of people you encounter.

treat this sandbox interaction with people you will likely never meet again as a space to learn - they will forget you. Do not hold any sentimental feelings in these conversations.

however this is to develop the skills to socialise with friends - to actually make friends - larp as someone interested in a hobby/sport. Have a personality/or trope that is relatable to a demographic of people you want to associate with. e.g, a sport for athletic people, or reading a particular media for people that want to have a more nuanced conversation (just very over-exaggerated examples, but you get the general idea).
