Being NT or ND is something you're born with wtf is this stupid question, being ND literally means you're autistic or something, which is a small percentage of people anyway, and they will never become NT anyway cause its impossible

Theres a few great guides on here but a key thing for social interaction which helped me is confidence which you gain through looking better

and also treating it like a game of catch. When they throw the convo starter to you which is if they make a comment of some sorts, you throw it back with a reply related to it.

As long as you arent a boring person its not hard, being ND and learning how to socialize is extremely beneficial.
