It's good for bone growth bro keep it as long as you can or if u wanna get rid of it ask her out and get rejected, works very well

I'll keep it if it will acsend me but i really don't like this feeling idk how normies handle this.

Take the worst-looking picture of her you have, edit it slightly to accentuate flaws, make failos more noticeable, and set is as a background on your phone or computer for a period of time. This should undo the crush you have on her.

Crushes form due to inferring from highly attractive seen parts of a person attractive unseen parts of the person. The author and art critic Stendal called this the "crystallization process" and wrote about it in his book "On Love," see below for more:
Since people hide the bad parts of themselves, and since we are always subject to confirmation bias, and finally since you find pleasure in thinking about the (nonexistent) ideal version of her you created in your head, it is natural for this to happen to you and have a hard time undoing it. This should help face this confirmation bias and notice the differences between the ideal in your head and the person in reality.

Well just confess or somethin having crush gives bone growth so it's low-key nice to have but yeah i get it, it feels off
