I've been seriously thinking about it, and so far my idea has been to open an instagram page for young female models/ or some kind of website which will explicitly say I'm hiring them for making adult content.

It’s easy to start one, but it’s almost impossible to keep it successfully and to compete with the big companys, if you don’t have at least one big company who helps you out.
It will fail most likely and you will end up broke and humiliated. Forget the myths about starting from the button and raising to the top, it doesen’t work like that IRL.

By logic i would tell you that there is not much to leverage there and to go in underdeveloped country were cost of labour and quality production is lower, since porn is globalized it doesn't really matter where you do it, and by cheaper pornstars you can exploit a little bit more money to feed into the demand of a specific hardcore segment(kinky stuff).
