How do I optimize height with pharmaceuticals or other methods

Im turing 16 soon and I was a really early bloomer, I haven’t growed taller in a year but my growth plates are partly opened and I have a wingspan of almost 190 cm while my height is 178, what can I do to optimize my height? Hgh is too expensive but maybe other pharmaceuticals or other methods?

its genetics cant do much maybe hgh but it wont gro you much maybe 1cm if it lets you grow in the first place
