  • -what circumstances are optimal for sleep
  • -will i Grow if i sleep correctly (im 14 going through puberty)​
  • -what else should i take into account for sleep​
btw i have to wake up at about 6:30in the morning for school

Yes. Sleep is essential to growth of literally everything. Brain development, height, muscle development, you name it. If you compare someone who had an average of 4 hours of sleep a night to someone with 8 quality hours, the difference is night and day. Don't be retarded.

jfl I remember I did this all of 8th grade

had like a 40% attendance rate, all Fs and I still somehow got selected for all advanced classes the next year

Same here, barely went to primary school, now I'm at the top of my class at the end of high school with the option to enroll into ivy leagues. All meanwhile normies who were tryharding in primary school are fucking burnt out losers that are going to end up at some dead-end corporate job.

Por cierto, tengo que levantarme alrededor de las 6:30 de la mañana para ir a la escuela.

Use blue light block glasses, sleep in a dark room, look the sunrise, sleep with cold temperature, take a chamomile tea, turn off wifi, (electromagnetics waves), do grounding, take sun, dont do exersice before sleep
