how do I overcome depression and anxiety

I have most things a teen would want, a car, girlfriend, job and friends but I feel like it mainly stems from my face insecurity and my outlook on the world. I can get surgery when i’m 18 but for now I am in a weird position being upset about a lot of things I can’t change. I fucking hate everybody and just don’t feel connected to all of the stuff that’s suppose to make me happy.
