How do I overcome sleepiness?

I took 400mg modafinil like 5 hours ago. Still, I am feeling so sleepy. It's been 18 hours since I woke up. It's normal to feel sleepy, but why doesn't modafinil work for me? I don't know how much this effects this but I also reduced how often I used to jerk off by a lot. What do I do? I just sometimes sleep for like 16hours..

I bought it from an official pharmacy store so the chances of it being fake is very less, but, considering i've tried modafinil so many times and it never worked for me which completely goes against what I've heard that might be true... Ill buy a strip again today
