How do I overcome this nasty problem ?

Everything was going well today until I got distracted by lust.I left all the work I was doing and was just focused on one thing,to ejaculate to some video.
I haven't done anything productive from 4 hours and just to ruin my mood more,I fapped.
I feel extremely guilty because not only did I waste an hour but also broke 11 days of No Fap streak.
The last time I lasted for 30+ days was back in August or September.

Theres a little trick when it comes to no fap streaks

Instead of counting the days u have gone without fapping, try to make each streak last longer than the previous one. So if u go 5 days without fapping and u fap, next streak should be 6+ days

No dude,what I meant to say is that I was being careful for an hour.Basically,I was trying to find the right spot,so that I could fap without any problems since I'm not home alone.One of my family members was 10 m away from me so I was alert and checking every now and then if she's going to enter into the room I was in or not.
I actually jerked off for five minutes (slowly)but to make sure things don't go wrong,it took me about an hour to finally be confident before releasing it.
